What is a Meg Fest Ticket Code?
Your Meg Fest ticket code is your ticket to the show. Codes are unique to you, non-transferable, case-sensitive, and are good for one-time use only on the event landing page on this shop https://shop.megdonnelly.com/pages/meg-fest.
How will I get my Meg Fest ticket code?
After you've placed an order that includes a Meg Fest ticket code, you will receive your code and the instructions for where to redeem your code via email, either in a separate email or included in your order confirmation email. If you did not receive one, please check your spam and/or junk folder before reaching out to us for assistance.
How do I buy a Meg Fest unique code?
You must purchase a ticket to Meg Fest to receive your code to the event. Check out the home page of this store for any products that include Meg Fest access.
If I refresh my screen for a ticketed event, will I be kicked out?
Nope! As long as you’ve entered your unique code, you can refresh all you want! If you get kicked out, just log back in using your account credentials you created during the code-entering process.
How many codes can I get with my purchase?
Every purchase is good for 1 code.
My code is invalid. What do I do?
Please double check that you are correctly entering your code, as it may be case-sensitive. If it still does not work, please contact us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org or on the day of the event you can Direct Message us on Twitter or Instagram @umgstreamhelp and we’ll do our best to help you out! Include your purchase confirmation code in the email and the code you are trying to use so we can help you even faster.
What is the refund policy for orders containing ticket codes?
All ticket code sales are final. There will be no refunds, exchanges, or name transfers under any circumstances. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more info.
I purchased a Meg Fest ticket but am no longer available for the event. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately this event is non-refundable. If there are extenuating circumstances such as a true medical emergency, please email us and we will try our best to take your request into consideration.
What if I missed the event?
If you did miss the event completely, unfortunately these events cannot be rescheduled. If there are extenuating circumstances such as a medical emergency, please reach out to email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate.
I want to purchase a Ticket as a gift for someone else. How do I do that?
Ticket products are non-transferable to avoid scalpers, however, if you want to purchase for another person you can enter their email address at checkout. There are no name changes available for this product.
Where is the event happening?
The event will be happening here: https://shop.megdonnelly.com/pages/meg-fest and will be easily viewable on any internet browser (mobile, web, computer, or TV with casting).
Can I watch this event on my TV using AppleTV, Chromecast, Amazon Fire, etc.?
Yes, see steps below! To take full advantage of the TV & interactive experiences, however, we recommend if you cast to your TV, you still also use a second device with a keyboard (e.g. phone, computer or tablet) to take full advantage of the fun extra interactive elements within the stream. Can I Record The Event?
Audio or video recording on your own device is strictly prohibited. Knowledge of such actions, including posting a video of the stream Youtube after the event, can hurt your chances of being able to view or access virtual events in the future.
My video stopped working. What do I do?
Refresh the page and you will be brought back to the stream in real time and will continue viewing from where the video currently is. If the problem continues, check your internet, data capabilities and video settings on your device.
Can I fast forward or rewind the video?
Nope - You’re part of a live experience! Everyone is watching a live broadcast which means that there is no way to fast forward or rewind the video.
How do I access the chat during the event?
On mobile- click the CHAT tab below the video player.
On desktop - click the CHAT tab to the right of the video player.
What do I do if I have a question or need technical assistance during the event?
You can directly Message us @umgstreamhelp on Twitter or Instagram for the fastest answers, or you can ask us your questions within the live chat tab.
I got flagged during the event, what does that mean?
You were flagged because of inappropriate behavior in the chat room. This may be because of violations of the Maestro Terms of Service you agreed to when creating an account on Maestro. If you feel you were wrongfully flagged or flagged by mistake, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
I live outside the U.S., can I still watch this event?
Yes! Assuming your country doesn’t block the experience, our livestreams are available globally.
Can I shop while I watch this event?
Yes! You won’t need to leave the livestream event to shop and checkout with any product on the store. Just click the “cart” image and you’ll be able to shop and checkout, without ever leaving the event window.

How do I redeem my Meet & Greet Event?
When should I log into Looped?
After you purchase your ticket, you will not immediately be able to log into Looped. We will email you a few days before the event telling you that you are all set to log into Looped, but until that date don’t bother trying.
How Do I Login To Looped?
Looped uses a login verification process the first time you log in. To login, enter your email address you used to purchase your Meet & Greet experience. IMPORTANT! Double check your confirmation email to be sure you are using the same email address you used to purchase your Meet & Greet!
After entering your email, you will receive a verification email with a 6-digit numeric code to complete your login. After that, you will create an account password, and use those credentials to login again, so make sure you remember your email and password!
What Happens During The Event?
When the event starts you will be given a place in line, and when it’s your turn you will get a call from the artist to video chat with the artist! In the meantime, you can join the waiting room and chat with other fans, watch videos, test out your camera and wifi connection, and fill out the questionnaire if the artist has provided one for you while you await your call.
Will I actually get to talk to Meg?
Yes! You will have a 1 minute conversation with her live
Do I Have To Keep The Looped App Open The Whole Time?
As long as you have Push Notifications enabled for this app, you can leave the app during the event. The artist will call you via the Looped app when you are next in line.
Do I Get A Picture With The Artist During My Session?
Yes! Just press the camera button at the bottom of your screen to start the countdown for you and the artist, which helps avoid blurry pictures or shut eyes.
Can I Receive A Recording Of My Video Chat?
Depending on the event and artist preferences, we may or may not be able to send recordings of the video chats. Please check the purchase page details for more information on what deliverables are guaranteed with your purchase.
Can I Record The Event?
Audio or video recording on your own device is strictly prohibited. You can take screenshots using the in-app button as a souvenir of your conversation. Depending on the event and artist preferences, we may or may not be able to send recordings of the video chats. If you missed your call from the artist, but your event timeframe session is still active, you might still be in line. Log into the Looped App and double check that your event has truly ended and you weren’t just moved to the back of the line

My code isn’t working.

What If I Accidentally Leave The Video Chat?
You should be careful not to close the app during your video chat. It is also your responsibility to have a working high-speed internet connection during the event. If you are disconnected before your session is over, please contact the tech team at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help resolve the situation.
I Got Flagged, What Does That Mean?
You were flagged because of inappropriate behavior. This may be because of nudity, indecency, or any violations of the Looped Terms of Service you agreed to when creating an account on Looped. Flagged fan accounts will be suspended. If you feel you were wrongfully flagged or flagged by mistake, please email email@example.com.
